On the ‘Profile’ page of the driver app, you will be able to add or change your documents.
Select the Document Type that you want to upload.
Then click 'Update Image'
If there is a green tick next to the title, then your document is uploaded and up to date.
If there is a red exclamation mark (!), then there is no document and you should upload one.
If there is a blue 'i', then there is no document, but it is not mandatory so this does not matter.
NB: once you have uploaded a new document, you should contact your operator so that they can check it and change your status to active if necessary.
