This page allows you to add custom documents for drivers and vehicles.

With this feature, you can create specific document requirements based on your needs.

You can choose whether a document is mandatory or not, and whether this document should have an expiry date.


Once you have added your document types, you should add them for individual drivers and vehicles on the Manage pages.


On this page, you can switch between Driver and Vehicle documents.



  1. Use this button to add a new document type
  2. This column shows whether the document is deemed to be mandatory- if it is, any drivers without it will become inactive
  3. This column shows whether a document needs to have an expiry date- if the expiry date has passed (and the document is mandatory), a driver would become inactive
  4. These buttons allow you to edit and delete the document types
