If you, or someone at your firm has set mandatory documents, then driver will not be able to receive any jobs if they have not provided these documents, or if these documents have expired.

Once they do, you will be able to review the documents and approve or reject them (at Manage -> Pending Documents)


When you have confirmed that they are valid documents, you need to make the driver active:

  1. Go to Manage -> Drivers.
  2. Select the driver you are interested in.
  3. Click 'Edit Driver'
  4. Change their 'Driver Status' to active.
  5. Then click 'Save Changes'.

Your driver will now be able to receive jobs again.
