Once the ride is dispatched and accepted, the rate is "frozen", hence the user can’t change the fair rate for a specific ride. The reason it is fixed, because the final rate depends upon the “Meter Device” (which is in the car), however, it will be the driver who will put the final price at the end of a journey.
