To Add Credit Card details go to the top-right screen of a dispatcher click My Account. After clicking My Account the operator user will see multiple tabs on the screen. For Credit Card details please select “Billing Tab”. Under the Billing tab, an operator user will see Payment Methods by Clicking “Add Payment Method” the operator user will see a popup window.
An operator user can also follow these steps:
Operator-> Profile -> My Account -> Billing tab -> Payment Methods -> Select Add Payment Methods”.
