If you receive a "Payment has been unsuccessful" alert at the top of the Dispatcher please follow the given instructions:
- Please log out of the Dispatcher and login back again. Hopefully, that resolves the issue.
- If the first step doesn’t help, please check if you have added your credit card to billing tab. Is it visible there?
- Please check if your card had proper expiration dates? Is it expired? Does it have sufficient funds?
- If you have done all the above steps and everything seems fine, please report to us by email. Our team will check it ASAP.
