If you receive a "Payment has been unsuccessful" alert at the top of the Dispatcher please follow the given instructions: 

  1. Please log out of the Dispatcher and login back again. Hopefully, that resolves the issue.
  2. If the first step doesn’t help, please check if you have added your credit card to billing tab. Is it visible there?
  3. Please check if your card had proper expiration dates? Is it expired? Does it have sufficient funds?
  4. If you have done all the above steps and everything seems fine, please report to us by email. Our team will check it ASAP.
