Yes. As soon as you take a call, the caller’s information like name, phone, email, associated account, will get filled in in the booking form, if a caller’s information is saved in the database.
Otherwise, just the number will be filled in. You can add the name and any other information at the time of booking.
This will be automatically saved in the system.
