If any of your documents, which have been deemed mandatory by the operator, have expired, then you will become 'inactive' and will not receive any jobs.

To fix this, you must upload your new version of this document.

Once you have done this, contact your operator and they will be able to review this and change your status to 'active'.

You will then continue to receive jobs.


NB: The app will notify you when documents are approaching their expiry date, and you should see an alert informing you when they have expired.



The left hand screen will appear when you are logging on and you have an expired document.

The notification on the right hand screen will remain until you have uploaded a new document and been set to 'Active' by your operator.


NB: it may be necessary to close and re-open the app for these changes to be applied.
