With Zoom, you are able to receive phone calls right into the dispatcher.
First, head to Settings -> Communication to add a phone number (you can select from a pre-set list)
Then, all you have to go, is go Online using the phone symbol at the top, and you are ready to receive calls!
If you are on a phone call already, or offline, calls will queued.
When you answer a call, if the passenger has already been added to the system, their details will be automatically filled in to the booking form.
