In order to add balance/credit into a passenger’s e-wallet an operator user should confirm that a passenger should be added to the current system. If the passenger is already available in the system then the operator user must follow these steps in order to set the amount.
Operator -> Manage -> Passenger Tab -> Search the Passenger -> Select the Passenger -> Click Edit Button -> Add the amount in the Balance field -> Click Save Changes.
If the passenger is new then it is important for an operator user to add passenger first with all basic information.
