The e-wallet management is totally interlinked with all of our software in order to keep the records. Zoom has a Dispatcher, Driver App, and Passenger App.

Dispatcher:

·          An operator user can view the Balance History of a driver and passenger as well. 

·          An operator user can top-up the credit amount in the passenger’s e-wallet.

Driver App:     

·          A driver can see the history of the rides and the total amount. 

·          A driver can deduct the trip amount from the passenger’s e-wallet amount. 

·          A driver can deposit an extra amount into a passenger’s e-wallet.

Passenger App:

·          A passenger can the Balance history easily on the app.

·          A passenger can check the amount available in an e-wallet.

·          A passenger can request the driver to deposit an extra amount in the  e-wallet.
