Despite informing the driver on the call there are further two ways from which the driver can observe an advanced job.
1. When an operator user dispatches an advance job our Zoom System will automatically send an order email to the driver’s mail address. For this, an operator user needs to turn “ON” the mail feature. To turn on the mail feature please follow these steps:
-- Dispatcher -> Settings -> Additional Settings -> Turn on the “Driver Later email”-> Click Update.
2. Once an operator user dispatches a job, the list of advanced jobs in the Driver application will be updated automatically. Furthermore, the driver can observe the job’s details under the “Advance Job” tab.
